Esta denuncia fue hecha de manera formal a la DGB el 9 de enero de este año, CITE: ASOS 03/2008, dirigida al Lic. Omar Rocha, a la Prefectura de Santa Cruz el 21 de enero de este año, CITE ASOS. SC No. 001/2008, dirigida al Dr. Francisco Aguilera y a la Señora Lorena Kempff de la Red Boliviana contra el Tráfico de Animales Silvestres CITE ASOS. SC. No. 004/2008.

WHAT WE DENOUNCE

   

Animales SOS knows Juan Carlos and Tania Baltasar Lugones 10 years ago, during that time we sent hundreds of wild animals, the destination after arrives to the Parks was unknown, when we asked for them our question was always avoided and due to the enormous trust that we had we never insist. Today after having discovered the irresponsible way in which their directive manage these parks, our bigger concern are the animals that we sent and the destination that they had.

All that denounce was by a broken-hearted volunteer from Machia Park, he never gave us his name he said to us that he decided to make this accusation for love to the animals, all that told us was certain and before publishing, we decide to make our investigation to support in a serious way an accusation that has many components and all them very alarming.

Animales SOS doesn't seek to close the Machia Park neither Ambue Ari this is just Juan Carlos and Tania Baltasar (Nena) lies, Animales SOS look for finish the negligent and arrogant handling that has used during years to the animals for personal proposes.

The well-being of the animals forces us to diffusion this information to coast of damaging our image.

Thanks that our accusation became public, several former volunteers with important positions inside CIWY decided to count what they were forced to remain silent for fear and sentimental blackmail per years, blackmails like "if you speak the Parks will close", "if you speak the animals will go to the zoos" , etc.

The speech that Juan Carlos and Nena are using, is not new, they used it on 2002, when ADDA (Association for the Defense of the Rights of the Animals) an organization "nokill" requests an audit to the environmental local authority for the well-being of the animals, that year Animales SOS was deceived by CIWY with the same speech, we gave them all our support and help without seeing that what we did was to harm the animals, always the victims.
