LIES AND MORE LIES…

The year 2006, Vicky Ossio and Marcelo Levy knows Juan Carlos Antezana, Mrs. Ossio transforms into voluntary to be able to cooperate in rescue and confiscated wild animals in Yungas Zone, these rescued animals and others surrendered by Juan Carlos Antezana are maintained temporarily by Vicky Ossio inside her property, a restaurant called Senda Verde, located to some more kilometers under Yolosa, on the old highway to Caranavi.

Juan Carlos comments Mrs. Ossio the intention of creating a park like Machía in Yungas to be able to bring to the bear called Baloo, because Baloo is getting sick for the heat and humidity and it was necessary to transfer him quickly to a more similar place to his habitat.

Then, Vicky Ossio contacts Juan Carlos with somebody interested in selling some lands, they don't reach an agreement for the high price of the same ones, due to that Mrs. Ossio, her husband Marcelo Levi, makes the managements inside Santo Domingo's Community to be able to use the mount of Kory Huayco.

John Deer, an Australian citizen that worked in CIWY with the bear Baloo arrives to Kory Huayco the October 8th, to collaborate with the construction, design and implementation of this park of bears. John has an enormous passion for the jucumaris bears (Andean bears), this took it to collect the necessary funds by means of several parties in the Machia Park to begin this project.

John, Vicky, Marcelo, Guido Toro (Secretary of Tourism of the community), some comunaries and the UAC (Peasant Academic Unit) transferred the construction material little by little to the place of the project, in this itinerary some comunaries desisted due to the tremendous effort that was required to go up this material (two hours of ascent).

On December 16th 2007, Vicky's architect friend and John design the house of the volunteers. The first contact with the Park Chaparrí in Peru was made by Jhon in November 19th (a park specialized in maintaining jucumaris bears in captivity) and Vicky continues the contact by calls and emails starting from November 23rd.

Vicky is the one that makes contact with a company in Santa Cruz for the acquisition of the energizador equipment of the electrified perimeter; this technician finishes the installation in January of 2008.

Juan Carlos and "Nena" were never part of the team that worked to make real this park, the money sent by Juan Carlos Antezana to cover the expenses was collected in their entirety by John Deer. Juan Carlos and Nena destroyed this project that at the moment it is stopped by blame of their lies and ambitions.
