PAINLESS DEATH
In 1997 after joining a radio show we attended the city dog pound were we verified the type of elimination that they gave to animals unclaimed. In a small room of 2x2 meters improvised as a small gas chamber, in this small room about 30 animals would be killed in 30 min. To this room a hose was connected from the exhaust of the truck that brought the animals in(using the carbon dioxide).

The elimination were poor and the employees absolutely indifferent. Even though we have received some criticism from institutions that say they protect animals, and are more comfortable condemning. We signed the first agreement for completely painless elimination on April 1997 with the city government of La Paz. Since then we have been able to give this service without as much funding.
The city "gas chamber" was never put to use again. By raising consciousness in the employees we are now able to work together. In order to accomplish prudent politics of animal control which will not be base on capture and elimination.
