Juan Carlos and "Nena" decided to buy another jaguar, not for fear to the National Authority (DGB), but for fearing of one of their political "godfathers" from the political movement MAS, this legislator got that DGB gave the confiscated jaguar to CIWY, in spite of the fact that the authorities that were then in that had serious observations to the CIWY´s work.

After Katie's death, the relationship between Ever and them has radically changed, "Nena" realized that to have Ever so close and inside CIWY was a great danger. Of one day to other and without previous warning she asked him to leave and she embarked him in a fleet toward Cochabamba, some months later she called him to Cochabamba to tell him that she needed to speak with him in an urgent way, Ever didn't think it twice, they were his family and he thought that finally the things would get ready. He arrived at the Machía Park at two of the daylight; minutes before he made a call to "Nena" to tell her that he already arrived, she answered him that she would wait for it in the office.

The office was open, but the out lights were off, when he entered to the same one and to fasten the lights on, the show mounted by "Nena" began, which she accused him of thief, without giving him time to react, among several people attacked him to blows, opening him wounded of consideration in his face, these wounds sprinkled of blood the whole area where he was, we have the pictures taken by a foreign volunteer the day of this incident.

Before being transferred from an irregular way to Cochabamba, they made him sign a leaf in white without a lawyer's presence. "Nena" had a last conversation where she told him that she didn't want never see him again, that if he accepted to have made the crime and to be declared guilty, she would suspend the accusation, Ever was afraid and obviously he didn't distrust of somebody that was as her mother and he accepted to sign being declared guilty.

Ever is at the moment in San Sebastian's jail, on February 29th finished his preventive detention of six months; however he won't be able to leave because he knows too much and Nena and Juan Carlos are trying to keep Ever in the jail.
