Yesterday Sunday April 24, this little puppy whom was barely two months old was picked up at Juan Pablo II Ave. and the corner of Chacaltaya in the zone of July 16th in the city of El Alto. Mrs. Corina Castro, a merchandiser of dogs, discarded this puppy like useless merchandize to be run over and killed.

It was not able to move its back paws and was not able to sit-up, it was completely covered with diarrhea, most likely it was unable to be sold. Dozens of animals are abandoned by these unscrupulous people at the end of the Thursday and Sunday's flea market.

The authorities of the Municipal Government of El Alto do not want to see, hear nor resolve the corruption of Fornier Street, where thieves, swindlers and unscrupulous merchants carry out the suffering of hundreds of animals.

Help us by writing a letter to Mayor Edgar Patana on the cruel situation were dozens of domestic animals are exposed and sold on the streets, in compliance of article 302 sub section 5 of the Political Constitution of the State
