HE WAS BURNED AFTER BEING ABANDONED FOR GETTING SICK

It was not enough to abandon this sickdog and leave him inside a garbage container in the Vivienda Obrera around the neighborhood Buenos Aires, of La Paz. They soaked him in gasoline and started a fire, when the neighbors took out the poor dog, his heart was still beating.
