ABANDONED ANIMALS ALWAYS END IN A VIOLENT DEATH

Many of these animals are abandoned in the streets, relying on leftovers and garbage in order to live. Many of them will die under the wheels of a car whose owner prefer not to step on the break or to honk the horn on time. These people know that sanctions don't exist for killing a dog on public roads.


They could die instantly, agonize for minutes, hours or whole days. Imagine living beings twisting because of the inevitable spasms of pain, wanting to stand up again without realizing that a part of their body has been broken or even pulled out, maybe another car ends their suffering.
The great majority endure frightening cold nights and unbearable heat of the mornings without any type of shelter. Some will die in complete loneliness so their screams for help will never be heard.

These beings that have only a voice that we could lend them, need laws that prohibit the abandonment of animals, that enforces and regulates the responsibility of the owners who, avoid the situations where the only ones in danger are them.
