ABANDONED AND SLAUGHTERED

This dog was tied to a chain, instead of collar he had a wire that with the flounders of the animal finished slaughtering him. We don't know how he escaped and he started wandering the City of El Alto, dragging his chain, and being ignored, in great pain, hungry and completely alone. The people threw stones at him so he didn't approach their doors because of the strong and putrid smell that he had. We tried to get a hold of him on various occasions and opportunities, but he was very easily rightened.

When we finally got him we understood why, the injury was enormous and in a complete state of rot. It was impossible to take the wire off that had tortured him for so long. A great part of the skin had closed the wire within, it would have been very difficult operation.

Many animals that on any day in owners let wander in our city with grave lesions and these injuries make their days unbearable, unknown to the great majority of people.
