THEY BURNED HIM ALIVE AND THEN THEY ABANDONED HIM

This kitten was abandoned, found tied in a great bag of sac, his groans were hardly audible. He didn't have a whole ear and he had lost his right eye,he had an extensive burn from the muzzle to his head. He was thrown to an empty lot, we don't know how much time he was yelling in his own language in hopes of somebody to help him. We where too late for him.

Those that made this horrible story true were not satisfied with only abandoning him, the need of a law that cares for these poor animals is very urgent!.
