THE NEGLIGENCE OF HIS OWNERS LEFT HIM IN THIS STATE

This dog was forced to live in these conditions, without any type of veterinary treatment under the care of those who supposedly loved him. In a long process after having been run over, the dog himself went removing piece by piece his own skin and tissues until he left the bones exposed. The end of his paw for not having blood irrigation was dead and started to dry off. The union of his paw to the body was in an advanced state of rot, the infection was so huge and generalized that the dog stopped eating for two weeks before we could rescue him.

Many owners of animals are cruel and negligent like in this case.
